For Monica, family has always been at the center of everything she does. She and her husband, Matthew, have been together for nearly 24 years and married for 21. Matthew served 11 years in the United States Air Force before being medically retired in 2014, and Monica has spent years serving as his caregiver while raising their three children, Ryne, Kadence, and William.
That life experience has given Monica a unique understanding of how quickly circumstances can change and how important it is for families to have protection in place before the unexpected happens. Her journey into insurance grew from seeing firsthand the value of having support, resources, and people you can depend on when life does not go according to plan.

Outside of work, Monica's world revolves around her family and their many interests—from music and ballet to swimming, drums, video games, and plenty of family humor. Their two dogs, Duke and Penny, also make sure life at home is never too quiet.
